1. Introduction

Welcome to The Publishing Genie. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

The Publishing Genie provides professional ghostwriting, editing, publishing, and marketing services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment, the Client shall own 100% of the copyright and intellectual property rights to the final manuscript and any deliverables produced by The Publishing Genie. Until final payment is received, all rights remain with The Publishing Genie.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain the highest level of confidentiality. We will not disclose any information about your project, your identity, or the content of your book to third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work commences. Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific project agreement. All payments are non-refundable once work has started on the relevant phase of the project.

6. Revision Policy

We strive for complete satisfaction. Our standard service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your agreement. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Publishing Genie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the publication of your book.
